インストール Install
Chrome Web Store から「追加」ボタンを押すだけ。Chrome 116 以降が必要です。インストール直後に拡張アイコンがツールバーへ並びます。 Click "Add to Chrome" on the Chrome Web Store. Chrome 116+ required. The extension icon appears in your toolbar instantly.

Webhook を登録 Register a webhook
Options を開いて、Zapier / Make / Slack / n8n などの Webhook URL を登録。ワークフローごとに別の Webhook を、いくつでも追加できます。 Open Options and add your webhook URL — Zapier, Make, Slack, n8n, anywhere. Register one webhook per workflow, as many as you need.

記録を開始する Start capturing
「記録を開始」ボタンで即録音。会議の休憩や割り込みは ⏸ で一時停止、▶ で再開。累積時間は正確に保たれます。 Hit "Start capture" to begin. Use ⏸ to pause during breaks and ▶ to resume — the timer stays accurate throughout.

マイクが認識されない / 録音が始まらない My microphone isn't recognized / capture won't start
初回起動時にブラウザがマイク権限を求めます。許可していない場合は、Chrome の chrome://settings/content/microphone でこの拡張のマイク権限を確認・付与してください。タブ音声のみのモードならマイク権限は不要です。
On first launch, the browser prompts for microphone permission. If you didn't grant it, check and grant the extension's mic access in chrome://settings/content/microphone. Tab-audio-only mode does not require microphone permission.
それでも認識されない場合は、OS のサウンド設定で入力デバイスがミュートになっていないか、別のアプリ(Zoom 等)がマイクを占有していないかをご確認ください。
If the mic is still not recognized, check that the input device is not muted in your OS sound settings, and that another app (e.g. Zoom) isn't holding the microphone exclusively.
録音音量が小さい / 大きすぎる Capture is too quiet / too loud
Options → 音声処理オプションで、マイクとタブ音声のゲインを個別に調整できます (0.1〜3.0)。エコーキャンセルが ON の状態でマイクが小さく感じる場合は、音量ブースト (Compressor) を ON にしてみてください。
In Options → Audio processing, adjust microphone and tab audio gains independently (0.1 – 3.0). If the mic feels quiet with echo cancellation on, try enabling the Volume boost (Compressor).
タブ音声側が大きすぎる場合は、再生中の動画やウェビナー側の音量を下げ、拡張側はゲイン 1.0 のままにすると、自然なバランスになります。
If tab audio is overwhelming, lower the source (video / webinar) volume and keep the extension's tab gain at 1.0 — that usually produces a natural balance.
Webhook 送信に失敗した時はどうなる? What happens when a webhook send fails?
送信失敗時、自動的に「結果タブ」が前面で開きます。録音データはメモリ内に保持された状態で、登録済の別 Webhook で再試行するか、ローカル保存にフォールバックするかを選択できます。
On send failure, a result tab opens automatically. Your capture is held in memory, and you can retry with another registered webhook or fall back to local save.
通知に依存しない設計のため、Windows のフォーカスアシストや通知 OFF 環境でも見逃しません。タブ自体が選択肢として現れます。
By design, this does not rely on system notifications — so even with Windows Focus Assist or notifications off, you won't miss it. The tab itself surfaces as the recovery surface.
録音データはどこへ送られる? Fixus のサーバーに保存される? Where does my captured audio go? Is it stored on Fixus servers?
いいえ。記録データはローカル処理、またはあなたが登録した Webhook URL のみに送信されます。Fixus のサーバーには一切送信・保存されません。AI 文字起こしや要約は、あなた自身が指定した API キー (BYOK) のもとであなたのワークフローが処理します。
No. Captured audio is processed locally, or sent only to webhook URLs you have registered. Nothing reaches Fixus servers. AI transcription and summaries run inside your own workflow, using your own API keys (BYOK).

同じ Webhook サービスで、複数のワークフローを並行運用できる? Can I run multiple workflows on the same webhook service in parallel?
はい。ワークフロー単位で何個でも Webhook を登録できます。Zapier の WF も、Make の scenario も、Slack の bot も、同じサービス内で別々のエンドポイントとして並走可能です。
Yes. You can register as many webhooks as you have workflows — multiple Zapiers, Makes, Slacks, or n8ns can coexist, each pointed at its own endpoint.
運用シーン例: 議事録用、タスク化用、アーカイブ用 と用途別に Webhook を登録し、終了時にどれへ送るかを「保存先を毎回選択」モードで決める。
Typical setup: one webhook for meeting notes, one for task creation, one for archival — pick which to send to at capture end via "Ask each time" mode.
